Are you considering taking part in the Channel Swim and need a Medical?

We carry out Channel Swim Medicals for the CHANNEL SWIMMING ASSOCIATION (CSA) and the CHANNEL SWIMMING & PILOTING FEDERATION (CS&PF).

You will require a medical examination for the Channel Swim Medical this is to ensure that you have the required level of medical fitness to swim the distance safely.

What’s Involved in a Channel Swim Medical?

  • Questions About Your Medical History.

  • Height & Weight.

  • Physical Examination including cardiovascular, respiratory, Musculoskeletal and Neurology examination.

  • Blood Pressure.

  • ECG & CXR may be needed (Additional fees applicable).
