Health Screening for Employees

It’s beneficial to both the business and employees to screen for any potential medical conditions that may have an impact on an individuals ability to work.

How does it work?

Your employee will be sent an email with a bespoke questionnaire to complete and return to our occupational health team. Where health conditions are identified we can follow up with the candidate and obtain information we require directly from the applicant’s GP. Our Assessment can include a face to face consultation, telephone consultation or a video consultation.

Following our assessment, Our Occupational Health Doctor will send a certificate of fitness for work and or a report. This will highlight the employee’s ability to work and the need if any for job role adjustments to support them in the workplace. We abide by pre-agreed time-limits in order to prevent any delays with your employment needs.
